“Wilco is a place to be. You can buy great products whether it's a brand of clothing or healthy choices of dog food for your furry dog and even household tools or whatnot.”

And seen a large number of customers leave due to the fact that help is few and far between!The Forest Grove site is a disaster that's already happened, and again the staff are Curt and available most times.”

“My mother, who is in her 80s, needed to go to Home Depot and pick up a few things. When we got there, the service staff directed us right to where we needed to go. We were able to find everything we were looking for. While we were there, we even found a frigerator for the garage that my mother had been wanting.”

“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”
