“I have used this service several times in the past. I recently shipped 2 packages from here. Unfortunently, there was damage when the items arrived. Upon calling and talking to the manager, Scott, he was sincerely apologetic and made things as right as he could (unfortunently the items couldn't be replaced. It was an unfortunante situation, however, because of the prompt responces from him in regards to reimbursement and employee training, I will not hesitate to use this company for future needs.”
“The staff here have consistently provided amazing service every time I've visited, to the point that even though there are closer stores to me that I can ship items out of, I still go to this location in Cedar Hills. They are always so helpful and friendly, even when it's busy. Kathy takes the time to actually see if my items fit into a smaller box so I don't have to pay as much for shipping. You rarely get pleasant and friendly service these days at mail stores, so it's very refreshing and nice to see it at this Postal Annex. Thank you for all you do.”
“Penny (the owner) happened to be training employees at the Canby, Oregon store when I arrived. I needed to open a business/personal mailbox and learn about other services available at the store. She was so warm and friendly, yet professional that it made my business transaction very pleasant! In addition, she was extremely patient and respectful to the employee she was training.”

“I've been to many UPS stores this past decade, and this one is one of the gold standard local locations. Oregon Friendly, knowledgeable, and chill employees, . And even if a line forms, they are top notch at getting everyone in, taken care of, and on their way again. Described as, quick like a bunny by my godson. 5 stars for positive experiences every time, for the last 4 years (when i moved here).”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that I can pick my carrier and they have the pick up times listed. Staff helped me box up my film and printed a custom “do not xray” sticker so I don’t have to worry about my film getting ruined. The box was only $1 too!
(I noticed that they have a separate wine shipping department. I made a mental note of that)
If I lived here, I would only ship/mail from this company.”

“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”

“I saw an array of critical reviews for PostalAnnex (prior to writing this one), and it is easy to see why some folks might be alienated. Having said that, I had a remarkable experience with a PostalAnnex employee by the name of Jessica. We had a series of documents notarized and copied before sending them to an out-of-state business via Federal Express. The FedEx label was generated for us by the out-of-state business. The delivery of these time-sensitive documents was significantly delayed, and we had no idea how to track the package. Jessica took the time to sleuth through PostalAnnex records to help locate the tracking number and thus identify the snag.She went above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Jennifer!”
