However, some experiences have highlighted areas for improvement. The self-checkout has been limited to 10 items or less and is enforced by staff. Fresh food selection and quality have been described as poor with high prices. The pharmacy has been noted as short-staffed, leading to long wait times, although clerks are friendly and helpful. Checkout can take a long time, especially if timing is off or if there are issues with coupons. While most employees are appreciated, one customer encountered a salesperson who was perceived as unhelpful. Despite these points, many customers remain mostly happy with Target and its employees.

I have always liked Target's prices and the discount I get with my Red Card. The employees have been helpful and polite when I have questions or a problem with self checkout.

The guy in the electronics department is lazy and unprofessional. He refused to do the price match or open the anti-theft box and asked the customer to go to the customer service desk.
