Absolutely no one in the entire cosmetic dept to help. This has happened twice. Some of the cabinets are locked No one to help, to unlock. I will go to Walmart in the future where I can at least find someone to help.

Only giving it 2 stars because return customer service here is terrible, especially the Latina lady at exchanges/returns around 1:30 pm on March 14, 26. Questioning a product that I had no control over- train your staff for better etiquette target! This lady shouldn’t be working here
