“I LOVE our local Dollar Tree here in silverton, oregon. I've had the worst luck in Salem, with them being rude and unavailable and the store being a complete mess. The last time I was in there an employee there accuse me of stealing! All because I went and looking for a specific item and they did not have it ( tea lights for my wedding)she accused me of shoplifting loudly in front of every customer at the front of the store and anybody in line. I willingly gave her my purse and she went through it, in detail, she could have looked at the cameras, or believed me, or any other action. I will never stop at the Salem Dollar Trees again.

Now on to the amazing Dollar Tree!! This store is always so incredibly clean and put together. I never have to walk around things, or wonder if something's in stock because if it is it's on the shelf. You can tell they care about their job here. Three teammates in particular went above and beyond today, like always. The first one's name is Connor the second one's name is Tori and the third one's name is Phyllis! Phyllis helps me every single time I'm in the store! Her Sunny disposition and smiles always make my day better. Today I got to meet Connor and Tori. Both of them went above and beyond their job duties to make my life easier Connor even helped me bring out my stuff. This is why I will never go to another Dollar Tree!!! They broke the mold when they made this one here in Silverton oregon! An easy five stars I'd give them 10 if I was able!

“Most of the staff do a good job. There is one older lady who’s extremely angry and lazy. There was one day, she did not stock up soap in the men’s bathroom. Also I’m pretty sure she had some sort of virus because I got the flu like I’d never had before.
Anyways Carol is probably my favorite person there.”

They make the place because lemme tell ya I barely have a brain most days and sometimes they've seen me on some days I have two special needs kiddos and they're so professional and understanding and they keep that place SPOTLESS so give them raises I will call you and ask so.. Just saying”
