“Absolutely brilliant. From the first time I went to this (local, family-owned) store, I received great service. Riley was the main person I worked with. He listened to my needs. He visited my home to offer advice and take measurements. He did loads of research to find options for me (and narrow down choices so it wasn't overwhelming). I ended up with a sofa, a sofa bed, a mattress and foundation, and two book shelves. All of this was delivered yesterday by Riley and a father-son employee duo and I so appreciated their skill (and strength) in moving things into place, including some awkward downstairs-upstairs challenges. I could not be more delighted ... and I'll add that the shopping/communication experience was much, much better than the typical experience in a chain furniture store.”
