“Superior customer service! Yesterday I called and asked about used tires. They only had one in the size I needed, and I needed two. So I asked about the cheapest new tires that size. They gave me a great deal, which included installation, but they didn't have them in stock. I was concerned because I desperately needed the tires ASAP, and turns out they receive them the same day! They assured me they would have them by the afternoon. They called back when the tires came in, which was exactly when they said they would be.

I went in at their busiest time of day yesterday (Friday 5pm) and they made sure I was taken care of. Everyone was very friendly, and when they were done and I went to pay, I was told the tires have a warranty and that they offer free flat repair for those tires and whatnot as well. I paid exactly what I was quoted.

I've never been treated so warmly and friendly in a tire shop while still maintaining professionalism. It seems to be family owned, and it shows in the best way. I highly recommend them!”

“45 minutes after leaving for a roadtrip to the red woods, I got a flat tire on the freeway. The back of my car was completely full up with stuff so getting to the spare and everything was a nightmare. I called this Les Schwab when it happened, which was 40 minutes before they closed and they put a set of tires on hold for me. After putting on the spare and getting there, they were super quick and were really nice and friendly. They even loaded my giant, heavy yeti cooler back into the car after putting the spare back. They were a god send and I am so grateful. Quick and easy and so helpful in a less-than-ideal situation.”
