“I am currently a driver for Premier Towing and Recovery. The owners are great and care about people and their community. Price wise I have not seen anyone cheaper for price of tows, storage, etc. These people give back to their community. If you have seen negative reviews, most are from different ownership and leadership. I would recommend them anytime and not because they employ me. I work for them after I have worked around them. I am picky about who I work for after retirement from the military and the federal government.”

“Can't say enough good about this business. We were on vacation and our rental car tire pressure indicator said low pressure...it looked fine, but we were headed on a drive for the day so decided to bring it in to see if there was anything that needed fixing before a long drive.Sure enough, they found a screw in the tire.We obviously didn't have an appointment, were met at the door by a super-friendly younger worker who said to just drive it over to the bay and they would look.Within 5 minutes the car was up and the wheel was off.Less than 10 minutes later (just as we were getting comfortable in the sun on the bench out front eating some popcorn) one of the female workers said our car was ready!When I asked about the total, she handed me a $0 receipt.Amazing service, FAST, and super polite and friendly. While we were waiting, we watched another technician wait at the door holding it open for another customer walking towards the entrance for at least 30 seconds.We don't have a Les Schwab where we live (Alaska) but I can say that whenever I have any sort of need for service and I can find one of their shops I'll patronize them. Thanks for the best surprise I've ever had from an auto repair business!”
