“James is amazing! I lost my tire on Hazelgreen Road and James happened to be driving by and helped me. He went to the store and bought lug nuts for us and helped us put the tire back on. That’s not all, he then followed me home to make sure the tire was doing ok. When I found out he was a mechanic, I decided to bring my 2001 Ford Explorer and trailer to his shop. My explorer lights weren’t working when I connected the trailer and the trailer obviously needed some work on the tire that came off. James was consistently giving me updates and checking with me before moving forward with fixing the issues. He was very quick finding the problems, did an amazing job fixing the problems and he dropped off the explorer and trailer a few hours ago. James was very respectful, professional and polite. Highly recommend!!!!”
