For the price relative to other motels in town, I could give this five stars. Rooms are basic but functional.

Our room was clean, quiet and well-appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The sliding door went out to a nice lawn area with a table and chairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The made-to-order coffee machine in the lobby was great too. Very fair price for our one-night stay.

Went on a work trip. The location was perfect. We were able to check out a little bit after regular check out time. I worked overnight and wanted a little more sleep before going home.
