They were very reasonable with the security deposit return on the first rental, which was a nice surprise. And I appreciate that they offer month to month at the end of the 1 year lease term. It can be difficult to get in contact with their staff, but that is typical for a small rental company. Often there is more work to do than employees to do it!”

“I’ve lived at Brentwood for three years now. We’d stay longer if we hadn’t purchased a house recently. It’s a decent place. Management responds quickly to concerns, the grounds are kept relatively clean and the actual structure of the townhome is sturdy. Walls are not too thin so you won’t hear any neighbors nearly as much as you would at most complexes.Downsides: parking is horrendous. You’re given a garage but they are on the smaller side and if you have multiple vehicles it’s a nightmare to park.The communal gym is usually overrun with children. Although management has tried to mitigate this they can’t keep the kids from getting in after the office closes so the place is usually a wreck. I’ve had to ask small children to leave multiple times.”
