“Great staff!
They really know their residents and always give the best service with a smile
Although I am a college student, I chose to move here because of the size of the unit, the garage and the cost, it worked out the best. I have been staying here for a little over year now and I am confident in my review.
Update:
2 years later and my lease is at its end and I’m somewhat sad to be leaving. I have just graduated and I strongly believe that moving to Brentwood Estate was the best decision I made. My neighbors have been great, the maintenance staff have completed all my service requests within a reasonable time and the front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Brentwood to anyone looking for a home in the Springfield Eugene area.”
“We moved in about a month ago and it's been great! Easy application and staff and maintenence were so quick to handle any little barriers or issues that popped up. The apartment complex is pretty quiet considering all of the people that live there. So far it's been a great experience and we are very happy!”
“As a property owner ARP has been great. Our properties are well maintained and always rented. She has been fair with tenants but firm. Our properties have never rented for more and look great. We don’t have to stress over rentals any longer.”
“Village and Apartments strikes me as a rather charming place to live, offering a pleasant blend of community and comfort. The grounds appear well-kept with nice greenery, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Residents seem to appreciate the practical apartment layouts and the sense of community fostered by communal areas and potential social events, creating a feeling of belonging.
While every place has its minor issues, the overall impression is of a well-managed and cared-for development. Its convenient location, with access to local amenities and transport, adds to its appeal. It seems like a genuinely nice place to call home, offering a comfortable and well-connected living environment without being overly extravagant.”
