3rd was Springfield Automotive. Friendly phone greeting by Mark, explained issue and was replied with. Yes we can help, come on down.
Mike extracted the oil in 10 mins. I was home in less then 30 mins and still on time to leave for my road trip.

I decided to try Les Schwab because, hello, they're AWESOME! Nick was there in about 10 minutes, got my spare on and followed me on the freeway (you can't go that fast on the spare tire) with his flashers on, what a nice guy! Once I got to the store Matt was great and able to determine that the warranty would cover my tire, YAY! “Had some work done on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. I live in Redmond, but have family that lives in Eugene so I decided to have the work done at Dunks. This past weekend I was heading back to Redmond on 126 and the drive line came off from the rear. After a few hours I was able to get a tow. Casey was able to troubleshoot, and replace the driveline, even going out of his way to drive up to Redmond to do the work at my house while I was at work you don’t hear of things like that often. So a crappy situation ended with positive results.”

“These guys let me bring my Pacifica in on short notice and did several hours of comprehensive diagnostic work. Turns out the parts needed were under warranty, but only at the Chrysler dealership. So I had to move on. Too bad too, I would rather have had Wayne's do the work. Incidentally, Jerry ran a complimentary engine check light code pull on my mother's car and I hope they take good care of her when she brings her car in for work. Courteous and professional.”

“Was very happy with my service. Called on Monday, they got me in first thing Wednesday morning. They quoted me the cheapest price in town and got the work done in 4 hours compared to the 10+ every other shop was telling me. And the quote they gave me on the phone was exactly what I paid at the end of the service. They were straight forward and honest with me about my fuel pump replacement and O2 sensor and about me being in my own parts. I would definitely go back to them for the prices and their time of servicing my vehicle”
