Dane is great at helping you, to sort through all the different phones and figuring out which one you feel will give you what you want & need in a phone. All of the staff are smart, friendly, and willing to help you with any situation, ranging from trying to decide on if you want to purchase an item to helping you get that item up and running properly, to making sure your bill statement is correct and if not, getting it fixed.
