I had just come from the worst experience at the Springfield OR Xfinity store ???. I will NEVER as long I live step foot in that Xfinity store again. I have never been treated so badly by a store employee in my life! The employee standing at the main desk refused to even acknowledge me whatsoever. I finally walked over to him and asked him if he was an employee that was supposed to help people. He looked up from the phone he was playing on and rudely said, "Yes, what can I help you with?". My issue was with $70 being taken out of my bank account on an Xfinity account I had cancelled. I showed him a screenshot of the transaction which he barely glanced at. I asked him what they could do to return my money to my bank account. In the absolute rudest manner ever he looked me in the face and blatantly lied to me, stating that no one there could help me with that and I would just have to go home and call customer service ???. I was livid! I walked out fuming...
I was with my Mom who was heading to Valley River Center and I happened to see another Xfinity store ?... Worth a try, right? Oh my ?, I could not believe it. I was greeted at the door by smiling associate's (plural), they wanted to know how they could help me. I gave them the condensed version of my HORRIBLE experience. They were not surprised. Martin led me to a table and set about making it right. Funny thing is... I didn't have to make a single call to "stinking" customer service ? what do ya know? If you need Xfinity, trust me, drive to Valley River!”
