“I went in for a minor repair on my phone. The gentleman worked on it for about 15 minutes and fixed it. I was so happy that it was a fairly simple fix. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing!
I don’t think he usually charges zero to work on your phone ?, but this is the place to go if you have anything you need done or need some supplies.”

“Wonderful store. I go in there or call if I need help with my phone and the store is always very clean and quiet. When I switched carriers I went into the store and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, which was pretty nice. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable about iPhones and watches. We got a great deal on T-Mobile internet that’s worked great from day 1 with no issues. If you are looking to change carriers I highly recommend T-Mobile. The cell phone service is great, getting service in areas that other carriers don’t.”

“A friend of mine had trouble with the Xfinity Wi-Fi connectivity between her service and an external sprinkler system device. We worked with the customer service support for the device and with two sprinkler system experts. They could not solve the connectivity issue. Kevin provided service at the Valley River site and when we couldn't solve the problem in the store he set up an on-site service appointment. C.J. was the Xfinity service representative who came to the house. He was an amazing, kind, and respectful professional! He helped us install an updated system. The system still would not work, but C.J. was a determined and tenacious problem-solver! We tried several of his ideas and finally he suggested a new way to link the devices. He worked tirelessly. He was patient and extremely thoughtful in his problem-solving. He fixed the system!! He was an angel! He made sure all of the devices in the home worked with the new system. C.J. was an incredible blessing!! Thank you! Xfinity is fortunate to have such an amazing service representative!!”
