Not only do they answer the phone but they have friendly people working for them.They're like the last business standing that has great customer service and great service itself.The team they sent to my house recently was Jeremy and TC and they were friendly, came on time and fixed the problem quickly.These days it's weird to have strangers in your house but I never felt like they were strangers, that's how friendly they were. They were very efficient and I hope that if I ever have another issue that they're the ones who show up. Then again, it is Emerald, so whoever shows up I know that they will be amazing and professional and put me at ease that they know what they're doing. You can't find better internet.*Edit: I've just read some more reviews and noticed there are very few negative ones but the ones that are negative all make claims that simply are not true. I thought anyone reading reviews should know that. If they have to lie to leave a bad review then it's not a review that should be trusted and not one of them that I read was true, not based on my experience.”

“Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature that required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone.I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal.Definitely recommend!”
