“I had an excellent experience with customer service today. A few weeks ago, while I was in Springfield, OR, I placed a separate order for a scrub top for my uniform that I really liked. Since I don’t live in the area, when my top arrived, the owner, Christina, graciously offered to personally deliver it to a close friend who will be visiting me this weekend from Eugene. I understand that this is not a service they typically provide, but I felt it was noteworthy to share because of Christina's outstanding commitment to her customers.”

“I LOVE the experience I have had with NuMotion and will continue to get any wheelchairs, or having any wheelchairs fixed through them! A much better experience than where I had my previous wheelchair done! Staff is Excellent, I felt very heard, any questions I had were answered kindly and in a way I understood correctly, gentle natured as well as you can see the guys who are doing the evaluations and putting the chairs together when receiving them, really are in this profession because of their hearts and it’s passionate for them. I love this place and all the ones I’ve come into contact with!!

“I brought my cpap machine from another area that would no longer be able to provide me service. Norco has been handling my supplies for about the last two years, and it has been quite easy to work with them.

What is prompting my review is the extra wonderful service I received when my machine started to malfunction. They are going to provide me with a functioning machine immediately upon my return to my new home area (as I've been away for a few weeks) and give me instructions on how to use everything on my updated machine. I'll even have a heated hose so I don't feel like I'm drowning!
