“Great customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with a tricky situation. I purchased an item to be delivered to the store, but the item hadn't arrived and I live in another state. They called the HQ, figured out what was going on, and then came up with the solution to mail me the item for free once it arrived at the store. Once it arrived, they called me to let me know (even complimented by voicemail message :D) and shared the UPS tracking info. I appreciate you guys!”
