“BEST DOG GROOMING - staff, price, convenience most affordable dog grooming in Eugene, esp for curly haired doggos. only a two month waiting time (new to this? most places are six months with 2-3x the cost) i have a dog who is sweeter than sugar in southern sweet tea and she has been traumatized by other grooming experiences. when having to change groomer, found wilco as last resort bc curls were too problematic for local dog suds place in winter. never a hassle to drop her off. always assured she is in good hands. groomer asks questions and listens for responses, checks for understanding. my lil cutie has never looked better. it's $100 a full service groom for her. the second less we've paid is $230 for her size and hair type. bc my gal is soo out of this world incomparable to other groomers (even good ones!) - it's wirth it to tip at least 50% bc it's still cheaper than if i were to go any where else, and the trust i have in the groomer and staff would be worth $300 a cut (ouch!) regardless. never had a groomer who was able to accommodate preferences in cut. after one year and six sessions at wilco, i've never been dissatisfied with cut and service. flatly put- she's never looked better and been ready to get home within 3 hours each time. drive is out of the way but 100 worth it.”

“Want to send out a huge Thank you for the staff at Springfield location. You handled the ice storm like it was an everyday occurence. I think we have dumped 8 dump trailer loads of trees branches and debris, had to wait a little while the first few days, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. So appreciate the older gentleman who had a smile on his face, was directing traffic by the dump trailer unload site. He said he normaily runs a loader but was having a great time as traffic director. Thank you !!!! Susan you have a great team.”
