“There were 3 staff on the floor. The young shaggy guy was very nice and the older gentleman with the walking sticks was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable, didn't seem to pushy with his knowledge. I was looking for particular products and was surprised to find half of them in store- I've had a hard time finding them anywhere but online. I would definitely go back should the need arise- there are several very neat wood options, and lots of cool options for staining/ sealing, etc.”

“Harvey helped me out with my order. Free delivery if your order is over $500. Great service. Delivered in the time frame needed. I accidentally ordered the wrong boards and upon delivery I phoned and spoke with Matt who was able to get the correct boards ordered and the others picked up within a couple hours. The delivery driver Omer was super helpful in helping us get our boards exchanged. We really appreciate the effort he made to help us out. Don't hesitate. Their service is the best!”

They carry all the Westcoast Saw aftermarket parts & are extremely knowledgeable in regards to Saws.Here's the Crazy Part; I gave them my Saw Monday & it was tuned up, cleaned up & runnin strong by Thursday!I love this Place & you will to!”

“My hubby & I went there a couple of times to buy lumber for fencing whose price was comparable to big box stores. SQ is in Springfield, on Main St. so is convenient for us. The staff informed us that hardware prices are little high although they started as a hardware store & become more of a lumber business. One day my hubby needed a little square of wood to make a door for the garage attic. Instead of charging us for new plywood, they found a piece & trimmed it, the price reflecting that. They cut other wood for you.Pros: Excellent customer service, good assortment & prices for lumber. Convenient location. Cons: higher prices for hardware.”
