“My fiancee and I came in to buy our first cowboy boots yesterday and Jordyn helped us. She was so friendly and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the boots and gave us a lot of really good tips!
We did have to come back today because his boots were not fitting like he wanted, and Jordyn was right there to help him find the best fit and get the insoles that he needed. Overall, we had a great experience with the exchange and all of the employees involved were graceful about it and very helpful. We love this Wilco ❤”

“Great experience every time I walk into this store. They are kind, loving, and helpful every time I come into this store. Its not like I'm a number walking into this store. I feel like I'm a member of the family every time I walk into this store. I gave the Eugene Mini Pet Mart a 3 star rating for labeling me a thief just because of the way I dressed that day. I've been shopping at the Mini Pet Mart in Springfield for many years and I love this place. The Eugene location had me labeled as a thief. I'm a Commercial Driver full time and I go to College part time online. It did not feel good to get profiled as a thief by the Eugene location, but that will not stop me from shopping at the Springfield location. I make alot of money, because I work hard for it. I grew up very poor as a child. Like I lived in real life poverty as a child. I'm proud to say that today I make more money then both of those store clerks at the Eugene Mini Pet Mart location put together. I'm not the little spick in rags anymore. I can buy both of those store clerks cars and houses if they ain't still renting a house.”

“Went in looking for dog food that would help with our dogs sensitive skin. The girl behind the counter came out and was friendly and helpful. I noticed in the big box stores it's hard to find anyone to help you, not here. I'll be back.”

“McKenzie Feed & Tackle is a great local spot. You walk in and they’ve got a little bit of everything—pet supplies, farm feed, and even things like local honey, which is a nice touch. You can also fill propane cylinders there, which is super convenient. The ladies at the front are always nice and welcoming, which goes a long way. They even have baby chickens, which is pretty cool to see when you come in. Just an all-around good place with good people. If you’ve got pets, livestock, or just want to support a solid local business, this is definitely a place to stop by.”

“First and foremost, don't believe all the bad reviews about this place. My families experience here was nothing if not professional. Any digging into the employees shows how much they love animals. There are 2 types of people who go to rescues for a pet. Type 1 doesn't understand that sometimes the breed of the dog is just an educated guess based on information available from third parties given to the rescue. Type 1 doesn't understand that getting a rescue is like buying a car \"as-is\" from a used car lot. Sometimes the rescue CAN'T know everything. Type 2 understands these things, and have left reviews showing such. They are thankful for all the time volunteers have to put into this thing, because people like the Type 1 visitor wind up \"returning\" the animal one way or another. A majority of bad reviews on products can be easily explained by the end user not understanding the product. That holds true to other applications. I urge anyone reading this to look past the negative reviews, and take a rescue home and give it another chance at life that it would otherwise never have had, if not for people like the good folk at Lucky Paws Rescue.”
