“I truly love this neighborhood pet store! I've been shopping here for years and the staff is always friendly, caring and helpful as well as knowledgeable across a wide variety of topics. They are always genuinely happy to talk through any issues my pets may be having and offer insights about my pet's health. The store has a great selection of food, supplements and toys at fair prices. I'm grateful to have them in my neighborhood and will continue to shop here for many years to come.”

“J Co is amazing! Went in for the first time and loved everything they had in there, and they have everything! They have several great food brands and a lot of great pet accessories. Also shout out to the man working, wish I remembered his name, but he was incredibly helpful and really knew that store well. Will definitely be returning.”

“Eugene Animal Hospital is a great place to take my/ouranimals to – we have two cats and two dogs. They are very good with the animals and take good care of them. They are also very helpful with me getting in and out and Helping me with anything as I’m disabled. Everyone there is very nice and very kind. It’s always a pleasure to see them even if it’s not a good reason to go - it you have a sick animal. They all seem to actually care about the animals, as if it really matters to them, which is really refreshing and makes a difference to us. Our “ Babies” are very important to us now that our children are all grown and out of the home. I would Definitely recommend going to Eugene Animal Hospital.”

“If you want to buy pets or products from Hometown — visit the store first to see if the store is clean, has pet care, food/accessory quality, etc. Consider alternative stores/shops — those that have recent reviews, ratings, or user comments. Check for “reliability” online or on social media — for example, with real reviews, genuine feedback, product/service pictures.”

“Actually, spent most of my time in the Cricket store trouble shooting my device. Now that store has some amazingly intelligent representatives. In fact, one certain employee at this location actually had been my female service technician at jiffy lube last year. Talk about multi talented.”

“I don’t write reviews and try not to shop at petsmart, because it is true that chain pet stores have poor genetics when it comes to animals. Nonetheless, I adopted four female mice about one month ago and had health issues in one of them. Rachel, the manager at this location has ensure that even such a small animal is respected and cared for to the fullest extent, and has put up with my worrying with grace and empathy. My vet care for the mouse is covered even outside of the 14-day return allowance on live animals, which was completely provided based on the kindness in her heart and the willingness to share important resources like an exotic vet with a customer who is outside of the bounds on their corporate rules. In my opinion, this is the best location in Eugene and Rachel should be promoted!”

“Of all the dogs they must see daily the fact that they remember that my two pupps are shy of people and they take the time to say hi to them, get down to their level, pet them while giving a treat is amazing to me. It really has helped our puppies. Thank you! It's one place I look forward to spending money in. 😆”

“I needed a rather urgent rabies vaccination for our pet Beagle ( Maggie ). I madevan appointment and was able to be seen on a Saturday at 09:10 am. They were able to check us in, the techs were very compassionate and the vet herself was very thorough, she examined Maggie and administered the vaccine. A very good experience.”
