They are always genuinely happy to talk through any issues my pets may be having and offer insights about my pet's health. The store has a great selection of food, supplements and toys at fair prices. I'm grateful to have them in my neighborhood and will continue to shop here for many years to come.”

“This is a great place to get things for your fish. They have a wide selection of choices your the fish tank. The people at Petco care a lot about the animals and they are very helpful.”
“I don’t write reviews and try not to shop at petsmart, because it is true that chain pet stores have poor genetics when it comes to animals. Nonetheless, I adopted four female mice about one month ago and had health issues in one of them. Rachel, the manager at this location has ensure that even such a small animal is respected and cared for to the fullest extent, and has put up with my worrying with grace and empathy. My vet care for the mouse is covered even outside of the 14-day return allowance on live animals, which was completely provided based on the kindness in her heart and the willingness to share important resources like an exotic vet with a customer who is outside of the bounds on their corporate rules. In my opinion, this is the best location in Eugene and Rachel should be promoted!”

“I needed a rather urgent rabies vaccination for our pet Beagle ( Maggie ). I madevan appointment and was able to be seen on a Saturday at 09:10 am. They were able to check us in, the techs were very compassionate and the vet herself was very thorough, she examined Maggie and administered the vaccine. A very good experience.”
