I went in on June 10th of 2024. It was supposed to be an extensive panel, but I noticed how high the patient responsibility section was, so I opted to do just 1 of the tests. The listed patient responsibility was $44.81. My bill from them is $101.10 !!!! That's over twice the quoted amount. Absolutely gouged, and I'm going to fight this. Keep ALL of your paperwork from them.

DREADING coming back her for a 3nd attempt. I registered, my mseessontrs reactive and my number was called she told me I missed my appointment but could sitthrtefots few hours to possibly be a stand by. Shelli informed me thaty ticket meant I never registered regardless of the fact that my mares STILL on the screen twice. After a sudden rush of patients I left after making ANOTHER appointment. I’ll update yall on the stick and if they are all skilled cause their check- in is the silliest process and im a bit frightened to be stabbed by an unprofessional hopefully that’s paranoia if you have other options take it please go there. This place just my be run by dinette’s vampires

After years of going here, I will never come back. I was slightly late for my appointment, so I expected it to be cancelled. After I checked in, I saw my name still on the list on the board so I waited. 45min after my appointment they called the next person after me, with my name still on the board. Only then was I told my appointment was cancelled per company policy... even though my name was on the board. The tech was rude about it insisting it was company policy with no explanation as to why my name remained on the board. There are choices in this area!

I requested my standing order which I do every 2 weeks and by name. The tech drew the wrong order. Caused me to reschedule a shot based on lab results!

The girl who called me back was friendly and bubbly with the gentleman bafore me. Once she saw me her whole demeanor changed. She was terrified of me or disgusted because of how i dress, im non binary and she was so scared she couldnt get any of my veins. I told her where to go and how to approach it as my veins are difficult but everybody who has ever drawn my blood has been able to draw my blood when following my directions. She was so scared or disgusted she just hit my veins causing them to bounce off the needle and retreat and roll into my arm and my hand. She was literally shaking and acted as if i were satan himself. I will never go to that lab again. If i wanted to be demonized for my gender expression i would head to Florida. I felt discriminated against and ignored when i tried to explain to Liz how to draw blood from my veins. Never again. She would insert the needle slowly after i told her you have to go fast and hard or the will retreat and roll. She dug around up and down with the needle after i told her you missed my vein, it rolled and retreated because i felt her bounce off my vein. She proceeded to dig around so i asked her to try my hand a guarenteed vein always. She once again bounced off my vein and proceeded to dig around. When i told her she went to slow she accused me of not drinking enough water, i had 2 1/2 17 oz bottles before i went in to make sure my veins were prominent and ready. When she kept digging around i had to tell her its gone and i left without a blood draw and will never go there again. I need a blood draw but that was so horrible i dont ever want to go to Quest diagnostic again. Maybe DEI training and a class on how to curb your hate when assisting non binary patients would be warranted for your employees, at least her anyway.

Facility was clean and tidy. I had 1010 appt with 2 Phlebotomist on staff and 3 ahead of me I was seen at 1040. Make sure appropriately staffed. Peoples time is valuable. Gentlemen that helped me (Mark/Dave?) was very professional and gentle. Will definitely return for our future lab work.

Can be nice people. Got my lab orders wrong. Took multiple samples in blood they didn't need to take. I made it clear what I was there for and said it 12 times. Then find out none of my doctors ordered any of the labs they took.

I appreciate being able to make an appointment and not having to wait.

The only thing is the self service kiosk is not elderly friendly. I had to help 2 people in their approximate 80s get checked in because they could not figure it out. I'm not sure if the words aren't big enough or if the scanning process is too much for them. But for one of them I had to help her through the whole check in because she seemed she could not read it easy. I thought the check in process was smooth and easy to use, but I am young.

Waited 2 hours to have blood drawn. One of the phlbotomists came out to say there was 30 min left (there were 3 of us in the waiting room).
The other 2 were called back and then she said it's 4:30 and we can't get to you today.
They had OVER 5 apps not show while I was waiting. The 2 phlebotomists seemed incompetent in drawing blood from numerous people because it was taking over 20 min. to do a draw on each person.

The staff was excellent. I was called back at the exact time of my appointment and check in was easy on the kiosk. I had a rough time during my blood draw and the staff immediately got me ice packs and water. They gave me time to rest and a place to lay down to finish the draw. I was expecting less due to bad reviews, but they made things as quick and easy as possible.

There is no way to contact a LIVING person over the phone. The phone number is useless. It redirects you to the website. I’m attempting to make an appointment for my grandmother who doesn’t own a computer, email, or car. She is dependent on ridesource and needs an appointment ahead of time to schedule a ride.

While I have nothing but praise for the woman who took my blood, I think that with the needs of our community that you need more than just one person to provide services. I am sure you must agree and hope that the situation can be upgraded soon.

As long as you make a appt. I work's out great. But if you just walk in you may be there all day, and sometimes you might be waiting all day and never be seen!..
