Lab was clean, inviting, staff were great, labs drawn were a lot considering my PCP needed labs for quite a bit following a surgical procedure. Lab tech was kind, thorough, gentle and I barely felt the poke for the 8 viles of blood drawn. It was actually a quick and painless visit.

Mason usually draws my blood. She is very Professional and funny! I highly recommend. Office is clean and orderly. And walk-in time is very fast usually 5 minutes or less!

I liked this location in Springfield 10x better than the HIlyard location in Eugene. they are nice, on time. and find a vein right away. easy in and out. we drive all the way from eugene to Springfiled to this location. I would avoid the Eugene location and go straight to here.
