Technician went above & beyond to obtain the correct orders and code by calling the doctor's office THREE times to stress that she needed the information over the phone to avoid delaying my testing. I was especially appreciative as I was on my way out of town for several days.

Every single time this place is such a mess. I truly feel bad for the staff because it's evident this company does not care about them. It's also obvious this company doesn't care about patients. It's almost impossible to get orders faxed by any doctor, somehow Quest magically neve receives them. I'm sure it's due the abysmal lack of staff. I have made multiple appointments and not had my orders be there upon my arrival. The fact that I make appointments and still have to wait 30-90 minutes is absurd. The company needs to hire more people or book less appointments. This will be my last time ever attempting to use Quest. I will drive 30 minutes out of town to use another lab, and I will encourage every single person I can to do the same.

Our first interaction here was great. The person who helped us was very kind. However they gave us the wrong instructions. I had to come back to get the right instructions and when I asked for them the lady told me that I had to make an appointment to get a new set of instructions. I don't know who has the time and money for that. It was only an envelope with a set of instructions. But they refused to give it to me without an appointment. What a waste of time and money

Horrible experience. Not efficient, poor customer service, lack of competency to draw proper doctors orders, can't get my results off the website, refused to send my results to my PCP. They took a standby that showed up the same time as me with their appointment 3 hours later over my appointment and made me late to work.

Horrible treatment. Can not retain information that they ask you to fill out prior to coming in and when you get there none of it is saved. The text check in doesn't work if you are early bit the computer check in doesn't work properly.
Gets orders from doctors mixed up and at times doesn't do the right requested blood draws. Today I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment but they took someone else in before me that was 3 hours early which made me late. They will not send your results to a specialist and your PCP. Will only send to one doctor even though both need the information. It is all about the money NOT patient care.

Couldn't find my appointment while I was checking in to their kiosk system so I had to take a later appointment nearly an hour later. I'm giving this location a one star review for a few things.
1) A single kiosk to check in an entire room full of people is ridiculous. I'm here on a Monday and thankfully its not too busy but I can only imagine how frustrating it is for those waiting in a long line. There should be at minimum another kiosk.
2)I scheduled an appointment for a reason. If you're not going to honor appointments then why bother having people make them in the first place?

Put 5 stars for visibility. The phlebotomist and care folks are wonderful. But if you have any issues before you’re called back or around scheduling prepare for an endless loop of automated robots and transfers between departments. And there is no-one onsite to help with this. Quest will waste a lot of your time and energy.

First she nicked a nerve, but that could happen to anyone. Then she needed a urine sample, so she handed me a cup and I went into the bathroom. It wasn't till I was on the toilet that I realized she failed to give me the cleaning wipe. I peed into the cup, and went to wash my hands. There was no soap. At all. Not even a dispenser. And then when I handed her the cup she said it wasn't enough. Evidently the cup should have been about half full as she needed to fill two vials. Well gee it would have been nice to know that before hand. I sat, drank 4 cups of water, but was still not able to give the full amount. Oh and no cleaning wipe then either. I forgot to ask about that and the soap because by then I had not eaten in 14 hours and was about to pass out from low blood sugar so they let me go. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely awful medical company, no humans to answer questions at check in and ridiculous wait times. Tiny waiting room and they will skip right over you if you have to sit outside. Go anywhere else you can.

I came in with a lot of orders from my doctor, my phlebotomist was exceptional! Made sure everything was in order and even though one of the orders wasn't able to be completed at this location she took the time to write it down for me so I wouldn't forget which one when I talked to my doctor again. She just made this whole process much more enjoyable with her bubbly personality! There are quite a few people in the medical field that could learn a thing or 5 from her!

There is NO way to get a person without going and hunting down a number. The first person I got was very rude. She asked questions to things I already told her about. Then gave me attitude when I asked to speak with someone else. I treid first to do a live chat that sent me in a never ending loop of the same single question over and over. None of the phone or online options applied to me as I bought my screening through a separate site.

Horrible experience with this lab. Tried to schedule on line for 11 am but it ended up as 2:00 when I checked in. So I came back just before 2:00 and it had been removed out of the cue. There's no front person so you have to wait until someone comes out to call the next patient. I asked her and she said she called my name, but she didn't... as I was there before 2:00! With that I left and went to Legend. I don't trust them to do the lab work if they can't even run a front desk. Scary.

On time for the appointment. Then they fell behind and refused to take the medical sample required. I was told to wait in the lobby until called. Even shut the door in my face. The appointment was at 8:10 a.m. today and still i'm waiting. Unimpressed with staff and response. I think Riverbent needs a new lab service in place.
