The customer service is fairly good. Although a month ago we came in to pickup a prescription for sleep medication but they closed down early. Needless to say it was a long night of no sleep.

Recently, the service has been pretty poor. 3 out of the last 5 times I have gone to pick up a prescription,(during normal business hours) they were closed. Always a note saying they were closed and sorry for any inconvenience.

Produce section selection is often sparce. Half the produce shelves empty again. Have to drive to Fred Meyer just for the parsley Safeway didn't have.🤦♂️Please get it together and do better.
