“Florence Bi-Mart (employee owned) has very friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Convenient location on Hwy 101. They take clean cans and bottles for No Hastle deposit return. The garden area in front, has a good selection of flowers, herbs, plants, bushes and plant containers. Wood barrel planters, shown in photos. (These are a few years old). They have just about anything you might need. Sporting goods has large selection of fishing, hunting and crabbing supplies, also selling fishing/hunting licenses. **This review shows Springfield location in error. Don't know how to change it.”

“I just had to update my review and give a shoutout to Tim . Every pharmacist and tech are amazing but Tim went above and beyond. Great customer service and very helpful. Thanks Tim ! You are appreciated more than you know. I absolutely love this Walmart pharmacy! The pharmacists and staff are always helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. When Bimart pharmacies closed down I went to Albertsons and Walgreens and both were hideous. Albertsons constantly made unsafe mistakes and staff were uneducated and rude . Walgreens wasn’t much better and rarely open. Walmart is the best pharmacy you’re going to find in town and their hours are great. I’ve never once had a problem since I’ve transferred. Having the drive up is an added bonus:) I definitely recommend this pharmacy and the only pharmacy I can trust with my prescriptions.”

“This CVS had a rough start with my husband and I, but the turn around has been ridiculously amazing. I know that I can count on the staff to help figure out any problems that come up, which is amazing be we both take a small pharmacy and have picky insurance which can be difficult to navigate. 10/10 would highly recommend. This team is great and really will go to bat for you as long as your courteous and kind in return. They don't deserve to be treated with disrespect, they're too awesome to be harassed by Karen's and Keith's”

“I have transferred all my prescriptions to Albertsons from another pharmacy (across the street). I am so happy to get my prescriptions on time, no longer lines, friendly staff, and just more organized. I haven't had to deal with early closing, the pharmacy not being open during the week (for whatever reason, and they are open on weekends. I can't give more than 5 stars or I would.”

“Claps to a grocery store for getting a 4-star review. Most aren't worth 2-star reviews.This became our grocery store of choice while we lived in the Eugene-Springfield metro. PROS: Clean... I mean, this tends to be a struggle with many stores. They do a nice job of keeping it clean. Organized... typically you find stores that are messy and not well stocked... this FM does a great job of staying stocked and organized.CONS: Staff is lacking. The self check-out is a mess. A dang hot mess. The computers don't work most of the time, you're always needing assistance and having to wait. There are never any of the little carts available... because they're scattered all over the parking lot. NEUTRALS: You'll likely smell an employee smoking grass in the back of the store. Always an interesting experience to smell active pot in a grocery store. Funny, we've been there twice now where management is actively working in the aisles, suffocating in the green fog, no one does a dang thing about it. Guess it is just Oregon?The management is obviously lacking at this location. Truly, a change in management would yield this store a 5-star grocery store in Springfield, Oregon.”

“My go-to Walgreens! I've never had a problem there and staff was always nice and welcoming. The Pharmacy staff helped me deal with insurance issues when a prescription was not approved. When Bi-mart transferred pharmacy clients to Walgreens there was a bit of delay for a while, but that was a management and staffing issue in my opinion, and not a reflection of the staff that shows up to work and serves us.”
