“Florence Bi-Mart (employee owned) has very friendly staff and clean bathrooms.
Convenient location on Hwy 101.
They take clean cans and bottles for No Hastle deposit return.
The garden area in front, has a good selection of flowers, herbs, plants, bushes and plant containers. Wood barrel planters, shown in photos.

They have just about anything you might need.
Sporting goods has large selection of fishing, hunting and crabbing supplies, also selling fishing/hunting licenses.

“I just had to update my review and give a shoutout to Tim . Every pharmacist and tech are amazing but Tim went above and beyond. Great customer service and very helpful. Thanks Tim ! You are appreciated more than you know. I absolutely love this Walmart pharmacy! The pharmacists and staff are always helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. When Bimart pharmacies closed down I went to Albertsons and Walgreens and both were hideous. Albertsons constantly made unsafe mistakes and staff were uneducated and rude . Walgreens wasn’t much better and rarely open. Walmart is the best pharmacy you’re going to find in town and their hours are great. I’ve never once had a problem since I’ve transferred. Having the drive up is an added bonus:) I definitely recommend this pharmacy and the only pharmacy I can trust with my prescriptions.”

“Needed a passport photo. Went to Walmart but the staff didn't know how to do it. Walgreens, a guy immediately noticed me at counter, zipped through the process, apologized for delay in machine function, and I was out just a few minutes later. GREAT SERVICE.”
“Really clean store, was impressed with how well stocked. I was afraid it wouldn't have the stuff I need compared to a normal Walmart, but it did! If you need some quick groceries I would highly recommend”

“I have transferred all my prescriptions to Albertsons from another pharmacy (across the street). I am so happy to get my prescriptions on time, no longer lines, friendly staff, and just more organized. I haven't had to deal with early closing, the pharmacy not being open during the week (for whatever reason, and they are open on weekends. I can't give more than 5 stars or I would.”

“I've been coming to this CVS for over a year now and I have to say EVERY time I go there to get a vaccination or pick up meds, their service is great! They are super slammed all the time, but the team there seems to run like a well oiled machine. They always have a smile to share and are always kind and knowledgeable. I have had especially good service from the Trans person there. I'm sorry I don't have their name right now, but they have always been able to save me money on meds. There is a CVS right next to my work in Eugene, but I keep making the trip to Springfield because of this team's service. Very knowledgeable people there. Thanks!”

“Staff is doing the best they can with the demand. They might be understaffed and the need for RX is high. They are always helpful over the phone or in person. I do wish their lunch hours were listed because I inevitably always end up forgetting them. Only times my service wasn’t 100% was when they were slammed. Especially post holiday closure or busier hours, which is understandable.”

“I always liked this Walgreens. But, recently there are less employees. The pharmacy opens at 10 am now closed on weekends. The driveup is closed sometimes due to lack of staff. I noticed they don't stock products... shelves look more bare then usual.”

“My husband & I finished up at the emergency room at Willamette McKenzie hospital at 10 mins before Walgreens on Mohawk closed! The phamacist told us they were closing and asked if we could pick it up the next day. We explained that we live up river and because of circumstances, wouldn't be able to. He spoke with a coworker & they were able to fill it then! We appreciate their kindness!”
