Took me calling 6 times before someone finally answered the phone. Then when I went to pick up my prescription there was a long line (understandable after work). However waiting in line for 50 minutes before I even got to the counter was ridiculous. Then when I get to the front they can’t find my prescription even though it’s allegedly ready? So I have to step off to the side and wait another 15 minutes for them to remake it. I understand being understaffed, but waiting over an hour to get a prescription is ridiculous. Multiple people in front of me also had to wait for theirs to be made. Will not be sending any prescriptions here in the future. Not the first time I’ve had issues but will be the last time I give them a chance.

Used the app for my prescriptions. Was supposed to be filled the beginning of October and the app says processing still. Couldn't cancel online so tried calling. It goes to vm but cannot leave messages. The medication prescribed isn't one that a person should go cold turkey off of. I'll be switching pharmacies to Walmart who has a better delivery and customer service system in place.

My husbands Dr sent over a script for meds needed asap. Safeway didnt have the item on their shelf, so instead of calling us or finding another pharmacy, they just didnt do anything. The pharmacist didnt feel like it was an emergency. I tried to get them to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, but they didnt do it. And the front desk person was rude, brushing me to the side to wait on other people. Go anywhere else because they dont care about patients.

Produce section selection is often sparce. Half the produce shelves empty again. Have to drive to Fred Meyer just for the parsley Safeway didn't have.🤦♂️Please get it together and do better.

Answer your phones there are people who have disabilities and may not be able to keep going and checking to see if their meds are ready and need the meds ASAP come on Safeway do better I’m moving my prescriptions after I heal from my surgery

I am incredibly frustrated.
I will start from the beginning, lack of respect from a male pharmacist arguing my doctor’s prescription and almost not giving it to me.
I cannot believe it, I have fibromyalgia. I am blown away by this. That IS ILLEGAL.
2nd. Phone manners, I know we are all busy but to hang up on me out of frustration, when I am polite 99% of the time unless I have to advocate for myself, then I will be firm. I said “please help resolve this” and was hung up on.
I will be switching to a different pharmacy in hopes that it will be better.
I rated a 2 because of a pharmacy tech who is personable and respectful and a pharmacist who I believe is an Asian woman that is also thorough, personable and polite.
I work in the health industry and specifically physical medicine and pain science. It’s hard as hell.
I have first hand experience with fibromyalgia and this pharmacy has done almost nothing but cause grief and sometimes physical agony.
I don’t normally post reviews but this is something that people should know who deal with chronic pain.

ANSWER YOUR GD PHONES. I should not have to go to the store to ask how much longer it's going to take to have a med I'm now COMPLETELY OUT OF filled when it was on auto fill and has been processing for OVER A WEEK

Called for over an hour and got voicemails. I drove down there and stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told that they didn’t have any prescriptions ready for me. Asked them why nobody answers the phones and the pharmacy manager told me they choose not to answer their phones when they have 3 people working and blamed it on corporate capitalism. Total bullshit

45 min wait time, to pick up a prescription is just unacceptable.
Hire more people it’s obviously DESPERATELY NEEDED if I’m waiting for 45 mins at 3pm in the afternoon

Is this place understaffed? I had a prescription put in on Thursday of last week for a blood pressure monitor cuff. It’s Tuesday of the following week and the prescription is still in processing limbo. I called to speak to a real person to check on the status of the prescription, it took me three tries to get through to someone. When I stated I was trying to check on the status of a prescription the woman on the phone seemed confused as to why I would even be calling to inquire about such a thing. She put me on hold to ask someone else about the status, and then the phone was transferred to an answering machine that is meant for the Provider and not the patient. I am not trying to be fussy or unreasonable but I’m pregnant and supposed to be monitoring my blood pressure, and the fact that I can’t even get an answer about when the prescription will be available is frustrating.
