“I I recently hired swat towing to tow a vehicle. unfortunately the tow truck damaged a sewer clean out in the process. the tow took place on a Thursday, the damage was discoCeres on Friday. I notified the owner TJ. the repair required equipment being brought in to dig it up. TJ stepped up to the plate and had the Whole thing repaired by Sunday. All of our transactions were done on the phone, I have never met the Man , but I can tell you his reputation is everything to him. He is the kind of guy you want on your side when the going gets tough. In the course of business he treats you like he has known you for 30 years. I have a great deal of respect for him and he WILL stand by his word. I tip my hat to him even though I have never met him. If I ever need another tow , you know who I will call. Dean Hogrefe”
“Thank you to Russell’s Towing!!! We hit a rock on Rt 453 when we were heading to Huntingdon. It blew out two tires! The operator came in a timely manner and gave us a great recommendation to get service for our car. They also knew the hours of the service department so we could call and see if they had the tires we needed before we had it towed. And the cost of the tow didn’t break the bank.
