“I want to give a specific shout out to Marty. I came into this location because at the eugene location they overlooked my deflated tire and told me there was nothing wrong with it after waiting 2.5 hours. all they did was change the valve stem.
But when I got to the springfield location, the girl at the desk took my concern seriously and then handed me over to Marty, who started on my car immediately. I was here for maybe 45 minutes. he repaired my tire after doing his due diligence, and explained the small hole in my tire was from a passed repair that split. Marty is awesome and super kind!
