I had a flat tire heading home from work, driving by Wyatt’s where I purchased the tires, I drove in 20 minutes before closing and Josh had me back on the road in 10 minutes, free of charge due to the warranty. Thank you Josh and Wyatt’s for being AMAZING!”
“I was helped by a tall, handsome and very polite man named Gabriel. He was very helpful and professional. I am disabled and fighting cancer , so I'm on a very limited budget. He had no way of knowing this of course, but he was very insightful and when I told him that all I had to my name was $100 but I desperately needed safe tires, he got right on it and said he would do his best to help me. He carefully checked my tires and decided I needed at least two, since two of mine were split and bulging and not safe at all. He them looked through the inventory in store and he went above and beyond to be able to help me. Ultimately, I was able to leave the store with the two new tires I needed without going into debt to do so! (In under 40 minutes too!) My van drives like a dream now; no more wobbling! Thanks Gabriel!! You're the very best human! A#1!! 10 stars!!!! You deserve a raise! Discount tires is lucky to have you as an employee and I was lucky that you were the one to help me! This store consistently has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time….once my SUV was dropped off by the tow truck, within approx 40 minutes, they called to say it’s ready!
