“Amazing customer service, great attention to detail. Talking with Jeff on the phone was awesome, he is verh knowledgeable has built a large clientele over the years. To talking story with Jeff in person as we looked over my truck, which is a 2014 Ram 2500 it’s a rather large truck, I told Jeff what I was hoping for and we walked around his shop talking through services and examples. I explained I enjoy washing my truck at home but during the winter months in the PNW it’s challenging to wash it in the rain, I detail my care usually once a month if not twice from spring to the end of summer. Jeff stated that’s great he encourages all clients to maintain their vehicle during the nicer months. Jeff’s recommendation was a buff & wax exterior detail every 6 months. This allows the truck to have a nice coat of protection at all times. When I was it at home it’ll keep it shining bright like a diamond.. my truck is a dark color so it’s hard to keep clean, if I don’t wash it 1/2 a month it shows… in the photos I took when I dropped the truck off, it hasn’t been washed by hand at home for 2 months and it shows.. the photos I took after the truck was done is a night and day difference… I will continue washing my truck at home and taking it to Jeff every 6 months, I was so impressed by the overall detail and even more impressed when I paid the bill, I thought for the service it’s one heck of a deal.. thank you to Jeff’s Custom Detail for the great service! I enjoyed talking with Jeff and collecting knowledgeable information on how to keep my truck looking great.”
“We have taken our business vehicles and personal vehicles to this company for years. We are maticulous when it comes to our vehicles. They have always paid attention to detail and point out items they find when cleaning, such as wear in an area or somthing falling apart. Any coins or cash found, they will leave it in the car and let me know at time of pick-up. I recommend this company.”

“I don’t know about other people’s experiences with auto detailing and body shops, but I usually have had bad experiences. Not this time. Diego is a super friendly, honest, and sincere guy. He got me in on short notice, since I was approaching my lease-end on my vehicle in a few days. We talked about the car, business, politics, dentistry, and had a great time while I waited for my friend to pick me up. From the moment I left my car there I felt like it was in great hands. They got my car looking brand new again to help me save some $$$ when the lease people will examine and point out every scratch and ding on the car. Diego even helped disconnect my hardwired dashcam. Well worth the 56 minute drive from Portland to St Helen’s. Highly recommend!”
