“I honestly didn’t realize how bad my headlights had gotten until I saw the after. They were cloudy, yellow, and just made the whole front of the car look worn out. Now they’re crystal clear again and completely changed the look of my vehicle.

“I always thought car wash memberships were a waste. We went through Happy's car wash on Thursday and a young man (Jaevein) helped us with our car wah choice. He was polite and kind. Answered all of my questions. Never pushed us too hard to buy a membership, so that's just what I did. And my car came out looking so pretty!! I'll definitely use my membership. It's a little out of the way for me, but with such great customer service I don't think I'll mind!”
“I’ve been going here for years and have always been happy with service and results. Experienced an incident recently that prompted my review. On returning home, I noticed that my backup sensor was hanging below my bumper. I returned to Kaady and pointed it out. They took a report, reviews it and saw in cameras that it happened somewhere during the wash. I reviewed a person phone call, was told to get an estimate for the fix, and received a check for the repair. All within about a two week period. Customer service and care like this seems rare these days! I will be back”
“Very efficient staff, even when busy they keep everything moving , free vacuum after wash. No matt cleaners but good vacuums . They clean their wash brushes regularly and it shows , my car is always clean, one suggestion i would give maybe adjust the blowers at the end to hot the side mirrors , only pace ot leaves spots . Five star location the manager here is on his game and when it gets busy he rolls up his sleeves and just in to help the staff keep things moving. Love this little conveniently located little car wash. The prices or average but there monthly membership is what you want $39 unlimited washes .. you just cant beat that.”

“I'll give this a five-star rating because I don't want to hurt your score. However, you should improve your customer service. I visited to get my car cleaned inside, and the staff member there barely explained the services. Since it was my first time, I asked how the interior and exterior cleaning work. I had to ask if I could get my car done, and he said it would take about 45 minutes, almost discouraging me from doing business there. I asked if he could schedule an appointment 45 minutes later, but he told me it's first come, first served, and there was hardly anyone there. I decided to leave because it seemed they didn't care and didn't want my business.”
“I can't say enough about what a nice job they did inside and out on our 2010 Tahoe. This is a 13 year old vehicle with over 100k miles, y'all, and they made it look showroom ready.

“THIS WAS FUN AND CLEAN!!! The car wash itself did really well! The big chain car washes in Vancouver and Portland do NOT do as well on the little things, that is certain, and we only got the basic car wash to try it out. It was free.
The car wash has a fun light show and if you tune into their station, 88.1 FM while cleaning your car, you get a pretty cute mix of music and advertisement to a fun beat! I giggled, in a good way, all the way through the wash.
The gentleman helping guide us into the wash and helped us out was very kind, helpful, and professional. The tip we left wasn’t enough for his hospitality, but it’s all the cash we had on us at the moment.
We will definitely be returning!!!”

“I thought the car wash was pretty solid and it fit my high roof sprinter van. The pressure washers worked good and the soap brush makes it easy to scrub down the car quick. I thought it was a little pricey, that’s about the only downside in my opinion. You have to rush so you don’t end up spending $20+ for a car wash.”

“We had a problem where the dipstick fell into the pan. It was a bummer for them and for me as well but they were diligent and hit it head on and took care of me as a customer. I appreciate their graciousness and tenacity in resolving the problem. Even though we had this problem that happened they took responsibility and handled it. They didn’t charge for the oil change because of this problem and offered it.”
