This place has stand-up employees. Was told 1 price on the phone, but the system was wrong, and they were out of that item but had a more expensive one. The gentleman that helped me lowered the price, so I was only charged what the lass expensive one costs. That's good customer service

The store manager is extremely nice. The guys have been quite nice even when I was hired to reduce graffiti down to levels to paint over. I would love to help wash her again day.

I've had the unfortunate pleasure twice now of dealing with an employee named Alex this is a good store Richard is amazing Matt is amazing but what else is amazing is how one bad employee like Alex can effect and destroy the moral of a good business I think I'll just go to a different parts store Napa is right down the street

Usually we really like this place, but today my husband went in to find a couple of parts and the guy at the counter with long red hair and beard was extremely rude. He was argumentative and condescending for no reason. If you're having a bad day dude it's really bad for business to take it out on your customers. I don't think anyone would appreciate that in an employee.

Matt found the right part for me, even going out into the rain several times to check the fit. I got exactly what I needed for a fair price, and was provided customer service that was above and beyond expectations.
