Justin in the service department was friendly and helpful with answers to questions about or 2018 Forester. And Robert in Parts, served is with a smile and good cheer. My only regret is that I live 70 miles from the dealership and can't get there more often. Thanks for a great experience.”

“Fast and friendly. Coming from out of and caught a rock to the windshield. We stopped in to see if they could fix it and they said no problem they fixed it so fast can't even see where the rock chip was even on the windshield.”

“I don't know how to express how amazing Justin the owner is. We were heading back home to Canada after six months of traveling in America. When our diesel started to make a whining noise like a blown turbo bearing. We stopped for the night in Hermiston O.R. found his shop on the web and called him in the morning. He got us in right away. We told him of our major break down in Florida a month to fix a two week job. Turns out they put a clamp on upside down and it wore through a upper exhaust pipe. He didn't have one in stock and the dealer said a couple days. Turns out Justin ha a used one,but would sell it to me because he doesn't believe in selling used parts. So he said he could give it to us for free and charge us for two gaskets and labor. Because we had the engine torn down in Florida the gaskets being new were good. He put it all together under three hours. Refused to take any money he said we had enough unexpected troubles so he is playing it forward. That was fantastic I wish he was the one who worked on our truck with the major break down. Justin really knows his diesel trucks. And he is a breath of fresh air in a business where not all shops are so good.”
“I was on a road trip and my truck overheated in the middle of absolutely nowhere. It was a Fourth of July weekend and the closest town I was able to get to did not have anyone who could thoroughly diagnose my truck for at least a week.I ended up paying extra to tow my car to Roger’s Toyota. All of the symptoms that I looked up on the Internet were pointing towards a blown head gasket. When I called Anthony the service manager calmed me down and just said we need to really just do a thorough diagnostic to find out what it really is before we do anything else. Anthony waited until I got there which was just before closing. He updated me the next day and was able to get my truck running again quickly and it ended up just being the radiator. He was upfront with all the costs before he proceeded. I wanted to say thank you to Anthony Waters for outstanding service, honesty, and genuine concern. I would recommend anyone to this business.”

“I made a earlier post an wish to apologize to Ken iam old enough to know when I make a decision based on my lack of knowledge with tractors . I need to stand and try to make it right. All the manuals I bought told me that the tractor was something else some of the parts would not fit or some not work .I was at a tractor parts shop trying to figure out which one would work.when I went to leave I passed a man coming in and greeted him on my way out the parts guy called me back in and introduced me to Dan who was a Ford tractor guy he explained to you some of the ins and out of the tractor world.I now have a better understanding and to that end I wish to apologize too you I now know you are an honest manRick”

“A deer ran in front of our truck badly damaging the front end . We limped it into Umitilla and stopped for help at Dukes auto repair . We were a long way from home but still trying to get there that day.
The truck was totaled and not drivable for any distance . Duke helped us out! He knew where we could rent a truck just a few miles away , waited while we called and confirmed this, then gave us great directions to get there. Then filled up the radiator , and wished us good luck !

“Pro Tip: if you just want tires done, pull them and bring in the rim and tire. Most times, they will get mounted same day. Getting fit between other jobs. Otherwise it was a 3 week backlog. Good folks, and great service.”

“We were staying overnight at the pilot RV Park. My husband started our motorhome in the morning and noticed there was a problem with the alternator, it wasn't charging. He went and looked and found the alternator belt broken. He called Krome Truck Wash and Repair to see if they had the belt and if they could put it on. He actually ended up just driving over there and showing them the belt since they were so close to the RV park. They were able to order the part and it was to be in in about an hour. We ended up going over there anyways because we had our motorhome and cargo /car hauler trailer washed while we were waiting for the part. They went and got the part, put it on and we were on the road in about 2 hours. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and the wash on the motorhome and cargo trailer was excellent. Can't say enough good things about them. If we lived in the area we'd be going to them exclusively for any repairs/washes.”
