“They have treated me fairly both times I have had repairs done. They replaced my transmission and the motor for my power window. Experienced and budget friendly.”
“Dennis knows his part numbers. This place has the part you’re looking for. We broke down in Pasco and limped our Freightliner to Hermiston cause this yard is there. Found me a local shop to to R&R the drive line and front diff. Dennis had it, and we had the tech. We were in and out in the same day. Didn’t even call the broker to tell him we were broke down. ReMan’d diff. Thank You Dennis Hagerman”

“Fair prices coupled with excellent service. What a winning combination. From start to finish this team did what they said they would and stuck to it. Dates, prices, and above standard quality finish is what we recieved. Incredible place, crew, services, quality, and most important to many prices. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality. Replaced the sliding glass door on our camper and was very friendly to my family and pets. Hats off guys! Can not say enough great things about this shop. Been all over, people such as these are hard to come by. You earned a loyal customer. I deeply appreciate this establishment and respect the craftmanship.”

“A deer ran in front of our truck badly damaging the front end . We limped it into Umitilla and stopped for help at Dukes auto repair . We were a long way from home but still trying to get there that day.
The truck was totaled and not drivable for any distance . Duke helped us out! He knew where we could rent a truck just a few miles away , waited while we called and confirmed this, then gave us great directions to get there. Then filled up the radiator , and wished us good luck !
Very nice guy who helped us out when we really needed it.”
