He walked out to the trailer and looked at the quad and had the issue resolved in 20 minutes. We kept the appointment to have a full tuneup done. Thank you Tim.”

“I came to FTA detailing to get my windows tinted and my license plates ceramic coated. I wanted to get my whole truck done in ceramic coating but it is a little pricey. I asked FTA if they could possibly ceramic coat my new Pacific Wonderland license before I install them on my truck. Ryan the owner of FTA happen to pick up the phone when I had called and asked about it. Ryan was like yeah man come on in and we can get that done for you. I have to say I love FTA Detailing just because I can go to them about questions and or getting stuff done to my truck and they are honest. Now the only bummer part is price for ceramic coating but that’s anyway shop you go to. I will do a updated review after I can one day get my truck done. I will also do a before the coating and after on YouTube. Watch out for the review and I’ll tell you my honest opinion.But all that being said FTA does know what they are doing and I have to say living in Salem/Stayton area there is no better detailing shop!100% recommend!”

“Honestly, I met the mechanic at a Bae, he gave me the business card. Yes I bought a "a restored piece of junk from Matthews Memory lane." My bad, never do it again, "nor do I recommend!" ANyways, we're 3 months in on the build. Scott the owner ver communicative, as far has build is going. Cascade is a Jasper dealer that comes with warranties! "Very few shops now are Jasper dealers!" All in all. A very nice experience. Good people that love cars is hard to find these days! Kudos to s Ottawa and his staff!”

“Went there with an ignition problem on my truck. Thought I'd have to replace the ignition and went as far as getting a price for the part and labor. I was given a price of about $250 which I thought was fair and reasonable. Made an appointment and took my truck in. I get a call the next day and was told my truck was ready and that it would be 85 bucks. Turns out the ignition was okay, it was just a minor spring that was causing my problem. These guys, like many mechanics I've dealt with in the past, could have just replaced the ignition, taken my money for unnecessary repairs and I wouldn't have been any wiser. But no, they not only did the right thing, but they did it and solved my problem and saved me almost 200 bucks. To say I appreciated their honesty would be an understatement. The 2 gents I dealt with were also friendly and professional. From here on I'll be using Jet for any of our mechanical issues. Great job guys.”
