“Much better experience than the one I had at the company owned store in Albany. They only had one employee working again, but he was able to work with more than one customer at a time. The wait was shorter this time and we purchased a new phone from this location. Perhaps customer service at subcontracted stores is better than the company owned ones now. It would appear in this case, that they seem to care more about taking care of their customers. ☺. Well done.”
