If I could give no stars I would this store . Here’s the deal we have now twice caught them red handed with the drive up and go every time I would order they would say they were out of stock . And asked me to substitute it was always 2-3$ more well we finally got wise went into the store and checked the original products we ordered and what do you know they were in stock talked to the store manager and showed him he said he would take care of it well tonight my order was later and I got a message almost all my items were out of stock half way through the approvals I said this isn’t right my order was supposed to be to be ready at 6pm well he says they hadn’t started shopping for it yet I asked then why would I get a message about all this out of stock he had no answers so again husband and I went into the store as I’m walking up to the personal shopper I get a text my items out of stock I was standing right by it and there it was my original item she had the item that was $3 more in the cart and I picked mine up and said here is my item you just text me you didn’t have coincidence ? I think not . No more Safeway for us ever again.

I’m appalled that I overheard the director lie and say a black employee threatened to shoot him and I was right there and it did not happen. Police were called but not by store by the corporate office. He didn’t call 911 because he was fearful, he called upper management because he set him up to get him fired and arrested because of the color of his skin. I will never shop in this disgusting racist store. I’m better off not because 50 percent of shelves are empty because the store director is too busy harassing people with different than white skin. You all should be ashamed of yourself.

Well stocked, and self checkouts help get you in and out quickly. The bakery department will add to your middle with delicious cakes and carbohydrates.

You’ve got to be kidding me. Your eggs are 27.99 a case when Walmart eggs are 14.99???? It sounds like someone is not updating prices just like they are allowing freight to accumulate in the back without actually stocking your shelves and is the reason why items show available online but when order is placed online its “OUT OF STOCK”! It’s called incompetent employees and management not doing there jobs. I overheard director giving an employee a hard time about being in the hospital today and my god you guys need to get it together. That is unacceptable!

On Monday July 22 at 3:15 PM. I’m posting that so if management sees this, they can figure out who the hell it was. I just bought lunch at the deli, some Chinese food. I told the girl I was excited to get it and I planned on going out to my car and eating it right away because I was so hungry. She didn’t really say anything and I felt silly for being so overly friendly. I got to my car and realized I forgot a fork so I came in and asked her for one. She says we don’t have any and she was very abrupt.. So I say that would’ve been nice to know when I ordered my lunch and she turns around very abruptly looks at me and says “well I can’t really help you if I don’t have any now can I?”I was really set back by that.
I see Starbucks off the side so I go over there and ask him for fort and very nicely. The young lady says “oh of course, and gives me one.”
Now I don’t know about anybody else, but that was, in my opinion the rudest thing I experienced in a long time. The young lady in the deli could a very simply said I’m sorry we are out and when I had made my comment, she could’ve said again. I’m so sorry. I should’ve said something or she could’ve also said why don’t you check over there at Starbucks? They may have one. Was extremely rude and it definitely bothered me. If she’s in the deli working, I know that I will avoid her just because I’m angry and I’d probably say something but I shouldn’t. I wish I would’ve taken the time but I didn’t want to be a Complainer. The more I think of it the less I’m concerned about complaining. Somebody needs to train that girl about Customer service.
The person that waited on me was a girl in her early 20s and I believe her hair was dyed, purple or blue. There was another young lady working in there who had dark hair and a darker complexion, she was very sweet. I don’t want her to get in trouble.
