This Walgreens is in consistent when notifying you of your prescription status. They won't call to notify you that they don't have a medication if they are out when the doctor's office send in the fill request. And they rarely call to notify you that your prescription is ready for pick up. They appear to be constantly under staffed and they're closed doing lunch hour which makes pick up difficult. Staff can sometimes be friendly but most often you're greeted with flat affect.

I've only filled here once so far and really hope it's not like this all the time. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff was at least very nice. However, I was told a certain time that my meds would be ready and it was about a 40 minute wait once I got there, not ready on time at all. Also, the pharmacist had to talk to me about my meds and ended up questioning my psychiatrist prescribing the meds and if I needed them at all. Didn't realize she was a doctor and could diagnose me based on nothing. Anyway, hopefully I can go back to Stayton pharmacy soon.

Customers need to give Walgreens and other pharmacy staff a break. They are understaffed and over worked. The company, not the staff are to blame. I find the staff at Stayton Bi Mart Walgreens to be very considerate (more than some customers) and work hard to meet the needs of customers. So maybe go a little easier on them. Write letters or emails to the head quarter office and tell them the issues. Maybe they will take staff and customer complaints seriously.

This pharmacy completely ignores what they call promise times on phone indications that RX is ready. On multiple occasions I have traveled to retrieve a RX that was stated as ready only to arrive and be told by staff, "it isn't ready yet. Give us about 20 minutes and we can have it ready for you".This is very inconvenient for time and resources.

Customer service is horrible and their phone system called me telling my prescription is ready but when I get here the big blonde lady with glasses rudely tells me they are 2wks behind.

Horrible pharmacy. Courtney the pharmacist filled a prescription for me with more than one medication in it, not only was she rude she tried to blame me. Endangering people's health with this kind of mistake is no joke. Beware...very aware

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed with techs that are sometimes friendly, often neutral, and sometimes even surly. For the most part, though, I do like the pharmacists. When you go in to pick up your prescription, expect a wait. And many times, expect to return later because your prescription isn't ready when it's supposed to be. And depending on what your prescription is, you might have to wait a few days (they will fill a partial order for you if you need it, so I'll give them that much). If you call on the phone, expect a long wait. And get used to hearing, "We're sorry. Our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll be with you shortly." I know this because those are the recorded words, verbatim. I was so bored listening to that recording over and over that I actually took the time to write it down and then made a game of it by repeating it with the recorded voice each time she came on.

Just know that you are guaranteed a 30 min wait to pick up a prescription here. They are horribly slow.Either understaffed or poorly trained. Seriously thinking of finding somewhere else to go.

Went to transfer my prescriptions from the Woodburn Walgreens to the Stayton store in Bi-Mart. The lady I talked to was rude and would not answer my basic questions. She kept cutting me off before I was to my point assuming she knew what I was going to say. She sounded like I was inconveniencing her. I got the feeling if I was to say please allow me to finish my question and then answer it, she would have exploded on me. After I got off of the phone with her, I decided I will not allow someone to treat me like that. I called back and told whomever answered the phone to cancel filling my prescriptions and that I would be taking my business elsewhere due to the way I had been treated earlier. Thus a 1 star review.

They are terrible now they don’t know how to get their licenses BEFORE opening their store. They’ve been so difficult they kept telling me my medicine would come in the next day, then the next day, on and on, until it was told that it would never be there because they couldn’t get their license for controlled substances.I had to call my oncologist and have the whole prescription transferred to another pharmacy. And best part? I was hung up on for being upset I had to go through all that on top of my cancer. Not even an apology. They could have at least told me instead of dragging it out so I could have dealt earlier! And really who hangs up on their customers? I thought only call centers did that because they didn’t have to worry about the customer coming down..They’ve also demoted anyone out who wasn’t a Walgreens employee which is really ridiculous since they came after. My medications cost thousands a month, ✌️

They are nice enough staff; however, since Walgreens took over the pharmacy in Bimart they have been entirely incapable of getting their licensing together in order to be able to process prescriptions for medication that are controlled. I can understand small delay but they’ve been open now for a few months and still don’t have their licensing as a pharmacy complete. It seems wildly irresponsible and is incredibly inconvenient to not be able to serve previous customers of Bimart because you can’t get your documentation together to be approved.I’d be embarrassed if I were the person working for a Walgreens that handles these issues. Now I have to go back to the doctor and start over from scratch because these types of prescriptions can’t be transferred.
