Not sure who answers the phone there but there’s some woman that answers and she’s absolutely rude. Every time we call she needs to treat her customers better.

It's not the staff's fault that their service isn't perfect. Walgreens CEOs or higher-ups refuse to hire enough people to take care of customers so it takes a long time for them to answer the phone & anything else. It's all the fault of the leaders, not the staff. Be patient!
