About Smith Creek Village at Silver Falls State Park
Smith Creek Village at Silver Falls State Park is a hidden gem and beautiful location for a retreat. It offers multi-use cabins and family-size cabins, including small but efficiently designed options with a wonderful wood forest lodge feel. The cabins are well taken care of, featuring comfortable beds, a fire pit, heat, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While there is no air conditioning, the cold nights allow for open windows. The site includes a lodge with a great ambience, featuring a main room with a beautiful photo above a fireplace and leather seats. There is also a small cafe and grill called the Big Leaf Coffee House, serving very delicious supper, breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch, with happy hour offering ice cold beer. It is a magnificent place to come alone or with a family, providing a quiet drive to unwind and a perfect base for all the activities and awesome trails at Silver Falls State Park. It is not a full-fledged resort but a real and wonderful place to stay and relax.
Very nice couple of nights at Smith Creek. We stayed in one of the small cabins and really enjoyed our stay. Hiking at Silver Falls is always great but several portions of the trails were closed due to storm damage. Looking forward to our next stay in March.

Excellent park, accommodations, trails and water falls. One of my favorite Oregon side trips.
