“They are doing their very best to assist each customer. Be patient! They will treat you accordingly.
Earlier this month a man came in and complained about calling before store hours and being put on hold. The young man who was at the counter said he was the only one working. The pharmacist told the customer he needed to find a different pharmacy! I loved it. He defended his employee! Why would they want someone who can't appreciate their efforts? I'll be sticking with Ashland Drug. They are always helpful. But you need to be patient, at times.”
“Small mom and pop type place. Can be very busy but it's worth it. Even at their busiest it's quicker than all the chain stores. Plus they remember you and are not angry about their life.”

“I love this place.Iam a cancer patient and could not find my pain meds anywhere.They went beyond and when my doctor called them it was five o’clock they had my script filled by 5:30 so I would get it before they closed.Iam transferring all my meds to them.??”

“I never leave reviews. But the sweetest pharmacy tech helped me yesterday. I don’t remember her name but she was tall with curly hair brown hair. I just got out of surgery and had to pick up my meds. She let me sit in a chair while waiting for them to be filled. She saw me in the back of the line writhing in pain, got on the second register, and called me up from the front to give me my medication. I’m sure it was something she does to be kind to people on a daily basis but she has no idea how much it helped me in that moment.”
“I’m giving Jeff one of their pharmacists a 5 star review. I appreciate how he went out of his way to work with my primary care to get my prescription filled. There were specific things that had to be worked out and agreed upon that I don’t want to elaborate on. Jeff did more than he had to and I really appreciate his help and kindness. I do see complaints about fill times and if I had to complain that would be one that I agree on. I’m not sure why that is but I look at the whole picture and say that there isn’t a perfect pharmacy out there. What Costco Pharmacy does do for members is offer a great price reduction for members without insurance. I had to use that option and I’m thankful it was there. So I’m overall very happy with Costco Pharmacy and will continue to use them. Maybe they will smooth out the fill time problem soon.”

“Stopped by this feed Meyer while visiting Oregon. Had never been to a Fred Meyer before and I was simply amazed of the size of this place. They literally cover everything from furniture to jewelry to groceries. I think the nearest comparison I can think of is a Costco, but without the need to buy a dozen of something. If you need something, I am sure they will have a version of it.”

They prepackage my meds In daily packs. If you've never tried this service you should. Sooo convenient... just pop open the package in the morning and go... no more dealing with 5 different bottles everyday. And the staff is friendly and competent.”

“My review is entirely for the pharmacy techs because we all know about the long line and how much it sucks (it’s not their fault that former Walgreens & Rite Aid customers have increased our wait). The techs are the most delightful group of people and will go out of their way to make sure that you have your meds before you need them. I have complex medical issues and have a lot of changes to my medications pretty frequently, but they do their best to accommodate me whenever they can. They’ve even special ordered medications from other suppliers when components of what they had shelved were causing reactions for me. They’re a fantastic pharmacy with an incredibly dedicated & caring staff. They deserve kindness & grace, especially during the busier holiday season. Can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done to help me out”

I know they're busy, as other independent pharmacies are closing so people, be patient. This may end up being the only game in town. I applaud their commitment to their craft !”
