“They charge $60 for a single coil pack. I wouldn’t shop here unless it’s absolutely necessary because they rob you blind. Although, their customer service has shot through the roof lately & everyone who works at this location is more than willing to help.”
“We had a muffler issue on our way from N. Idaho to the Oregon coast on a Friday in August. Called just outside of the Dalles and he met us at the shop. Super friendly and saved our trip from what could have started a disaster. Very affordable and great hunting chat to boot!

Honestly, she completely changed my original opinion of the store. As a woman, I have unfortunately had experiences where some of the men working there made me feel looked down on or uncomfortable when asking for help. Maxine was the complete opposite. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help me find what I needed.
Her customer service made a huge difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate the way she treated me. Employees like her are the reason customers want to come back. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond!”
