Employees and management are nice and seem to care about the customers, not high pressure for sales and the service desk people try their best to help you

A big thank you to young lady in the office for her help. We came in to renew boat tags but learned they don't do that anymore. However she took us to her office and renewed them online for us. Printed us the temporary paper and we were on our way. Saved us a trip to Clackamas or Condon.. Way over the expected service.... read full comment
