The Dalles Collision Center offers excellent customer service and honest, professional work. Customers say the staff is eager to help without notice and can finish repairs within minutes. They handle insurance claims for body damage, such as on a Chevy Silverado, and replace windshields on other vehicles. Staff bend over backwards to satisfy customers and do plenty of work. When a Volkswagen leaked in rain, the center fitted a repair even while busy. Prices are great, staff is easy to talk to, and many recommend the center to friends. Service includes Body & Trim.

I have recieved excellent customer service on more than one occasion at The Dalles Collision Center. Both times I needed their services unexpectedly and both times they were eager to help without much/any notice. Within minutes I was on my way. They set the bar for honest and professional service.

Had an insurance claim on body damage to my Chevy Silverado and they took care of everything. Honest, easy to work with and did a great job. I also had my windshield replaced for my other vehicle.

Travis and his staff are amazing and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. I’ve had plenty of work done there and recommend his services all the time.
