“I've ALWAYS had great experiences at The Dalles Safeway PH. Greg, Toni, Bettie and "Mr Pharmacists" (I forget his name be he knows who he is?) Last Thursday one of my RX refills was sent to a random Safeway. I think he was Hermiston. I called the pharmacy and Greg told me my refills had expired. I said OK and went to call my Dr, while calling him Greg called me back again and said he double checked and noticed the refill was sent to Hermiston. He PROMPTLY called that store and had them voided the refill and he had it done and fixed within 1hr. I've noticed they always go above and beyond for their customers. Hands down the best & pharmacy in our little town. Thank you for all your hard work! We appreciate YOU!”

“Above and beyond customer service from employee/ manager Rich. About 8 hours into a 10 hour road trip my car battery started overheating and leaking acid. I got to Bi-Mart ten minutes before they closed, and was able to purchase a replacement battery. Unfortunately an easy swap was made much more complicated without the right tools.
Rich saw me struggling in the parking lot as he was leaving work, and let me borrow his tool kit until I got the job done. He also offered my wife and one year old son a cool seat in his car with A/C, so they didn't have to bake in the sun while I swapped the battery. Thank you The Dalles Bi-Mart, and more importantly thank you Rich! You have some good karma coming your way.”
