“Quickly diagnosed the problem with my samsung galaxy S23 Ultra. I thought needed a new battery. They told me I didn't and so didn't do an actually unnecessary repair - which I assume some places might have done. They refered me to Samsung to fix the problem. I liked that I was able to go in person and deal with a person. I'm not looking forward to having to deal with Samsung for the fix.”
“Went here to get a repair estimate for an Xbox 360 Slim.
There is a $55 deposit beware of this, I thought it was fair for the time they took to look at it.
They found the problem but in order to proceed with the repair it would cause data loss.
I declined any further service & accepted my loss.

“I had a new pair of Apple Air Pod’s that I had only used a few times. All of a sudden the adapter charger wasn’t staying connected to Air Pods charging case. I brought them to Fix Hut. The person named, Paul, that was working said they didn’t normally work on Air Pods, but he would take a look at them. A short time later he came from the back of the store and had fixed the issue. Tried to offer him some money, but he just said “happy holidays” and wouldn’t accept a payment. Will be bringing my I'-Phone or I-pad here for any future needs. Much more friendly and convenient than trying to use the internet or Apple Support.”
“I was advised by the fine people at T-Mobile that they can't fix damaged phone jacks, but that this location does stellar work. I walk in, within 3 minutes the awesome dude behind the counter clears out my charging port, and one of the most simple but maddening aggravations in my life the last couple of months was fixed. Didn't even charge me for it.

“I'm so impressed with "Dr. Ryan", I don't know where to start. First off, my Dell laptop is nearly six years old and was super slow, with programs hesitating to open, documents freezing or not responding, and delivering bad performance all around. I thought swapping my existing HHD drive with an SSD drive would help.Boy, did it ever! Ryan put in a new Samsung drive and my computer has been transformed! It's lightning fast now and seems to be working even better than when it was brand new. “My LG smart TV wouldn't turn on & I'm glad I called ProTV.First, it was very quick & easy to schedule - the person on the phone was very polite & professional.The very next day the technician (Hilario) arrived promptly & had a diagnosis within minutes. Unfortunately the old TV was unable to be repaired but Hilario took my old TV to be recycled & had recommendations for a replacement.Hilario was informative & an all-around good guy; At one point I asked the price of the new TV & he corrected me with a LOWER price. The average aggressive salesman would have said "yes, it's X dollars" but Hilario was honest & I really appreciate that.Then, he left to recycle the old TV & fetch the replacement. He was so fast, I had a new working TV by that afternoon. The combined cost of everything (house call, diagnostic test, delivering & installing the new TV) was basically the same price I paid for my old TV when it was brand new.Thank you, Hilario!I highly recommend this business for TV repair”
