Tara + Hannah were amazing!! Totally understanding of our previous issues and doing everything to offer reassurance.
Forthcoming with information and willing to hold a reservation while we debated and discussed for a few days. Only reason this isn't 5star is just because we won't know how secure this place is for a while. Thank you for giving us a chance!!!

I used Extra for little less than a year. Signing up and coming in to get my unit was simple and efficient. The staff was friendly and informative. There were a few times that the gate and had to be left open. I’m assuming because of damage/repair. I wasn’t too happy about that but I know it can’t be helped sometimes.

Updated Review: Cara was amazing! She was very helpful in assisting up to find the right unit for us. I would recommend this Extra Space Storage to anyone. It’s clean, safe, the staff is friendly and caring.
Just finalized my move out and Cara and Hannah were amazingly helpful! I didn’t expect this kind treatment. They ensured that we were taken care of and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is interested in getting a storage for the first time and need to be walked through the process. Thank you so much. Satisfied customer for sure.

It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. The reviews I read were extraordinary compared to other storage facilities. Contacts I made on the phone were informative and efficient and so was the help in person. The storage lockers were spotless. The administration of renting went smoothly and all of the technical aspects were explained clearly and in detail. We left Feeling it all went quickly and very smoothly.

A very good experience being at extra space storage today everyone was very cordial and helpful so I am extremely grateful for that. sometimes the reason that you were renting a storage unit and getting one is not good, but the people who worked there were very kind and helpful.
