Rented a unit online yesterday. Stopped by today. The office team was very welcoming. I was shown how to use the keypad access and escorted to my unit, given the keys. Very clean facility. A great experience!

The customer service has been friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean and access to the storage unit is easy and safe. My one complaint has been the homeless that have been on the street next to the facility. I have had no issues, but as a female when I arrive alone to the storage unit I’m a little uncomfortable.
