They are so rude!!! They are so completely ignorant they take donations I watched the big Hawaiian guy put a donation aside for himself, they put 50 cents and buy it, they only take what they want and are complete

Jeff is such an asset to this goodwill location! He was so friendly and helpful. I hope his manager sees this and gives him a raise or something nice. What a great guy!

They sell broken items at full price and sell items used for new prices.bought a hand saw from another store new for the same used price at goodwill

Absolutely rude cashier. Balding guy has no customer service skills what so ever. I'm carrying a bigger box put and he yells at me to get the hand basket I set off to the side out of the way and put it away. Like everyone else said I didn't have any free hands to do do. Maybe make w spot for them.

My wife and I came to good will in Tigard and I was looking around and I found a 15 year old water filter in not so good condition some yellowing in the body of the plastic and I saw there was no price on it so I took it to an employee to ask about a price on it she took it and got it priced in the back and the price was set at $3.99 for a old water filter for my coffee machine I said to her that I felt that the price was a little high to me for that so I asked to speak to a manager and the assistant manager came out from the back room and came off really rude and unprofessional and told me that that was the price take it or leave it so I put my other

[2019] Love this goodwill. The staff are pretty dang friendly. It is really busy, but I generally always find something I want here.
[2024] Why does Goodwill Industries, a $62.6M profit bearing entity, restrict the flow of donations to the end customer? I can understand only allowing a minimal percentage of salable quality donations through to brick and mortar retail locations- but complete and total redirection of certain tier/categorical items into private sale? That's basically unethical and resoundingly against the founding principles. Respond with a contact method for discussion. (Minus one star for that only)

One of the worst Goodwills in the area when it comes to pricing. Not only do they individually price any records worth buying above the standard $2.99 (some as high as $25), they put their awful stickers directly on the covers. When you try to remove them, they rip off pieces of the cover 99% of the time. Lesson learned, I won't be buying any more records from this location.
