“We had a great day at the grand. The only thing that was odd was there was no fan in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms and everything else was great perfect for a weekend getaway, which includes a four person family.”
“Rooms were good and clean here. Staff after midnight was uber kind. We checked in after midnight and I appreciate staff monitoring the locked front hotel doors.
Note: no free continental breakfast here, parking is 10/night. No amenities also - lotion, vanity kit, etc.. but they do offer a makeup remover wipe and face towel.”

“Nice hotel. Breakfast was really good. Lots of options. They have a fancy coffee machine that you can get pretty much any type of caffeinated beverage you can think of. Juice machine with 4 types of juices. Indoor pool and spa. Shopping center across the street with several places to eat. Highly recommend.”

“Iman at the front desk absolutely made our stay at the DoubleTree in Tigard. She was friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to show us how to get to our room on a very busy evening.
Yes, the lobby was a bit chaotic due to renovations, but our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, great stay and we’d happily come back, especially thanks to Iman’s outstanding service.”

“It’s been awhile since I stayed here so I’m not sure if management has changed, but the manager at the time of my stay was so kind. He made sure that my partner and I felt welcome and were taken care of. My partner had just started work at the time and we weren’t sure if he was going to be paid in time for us to book another night or two there and he checked the rates for us to let us know what they would be and then suggested places that might be slightly cheaper to look at if we weren’t able to extend there. He definitely went out of his way for us.”
